• If your arrival and/or departure flights are as per the itinerary start and end dates, then transfers are available at scheduled times. If your flights are outside these times, or you have booked additional nights accommodation with Insight Vacations, you may purchase transfers or make your own way from/to the airport. Savored Moments Travel will assist with flights and additional nights accommodations as needed.

• Over 60 days prior to departure will forfeit per person deposit. In addition to a $150 Savored Moments Travel administration fee. 
• 60 – 1 day(s) prior to departure cancellation penalties will  vary based on destination and itinerary.
• If additional services have been added to the booking (i.e. extra hotel nights, meals, group transfers, sightseeing additions) additional penalties may apply.

Pre- and post-trip accommodations cancelled between 14 days and the day of departure may incur penalties up to 100% of the accommodations cost.

Individual purchase of Travel Protection Plan is non- refundable and may affect the amount and type of penalty and/or refund if individual cancels within penalty period.
