This invoice represents your reservation request and payment authorization for participation in the Sierra Leone Heritage Journey, a fully guided, land-only group travel experience curated by My Destination Guru LLC.

This journey is intentionally limited in size. Reservations are confirmed based on availability at the time payment is received. Your individual space is confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit has been successfully processed.

Journey Overview

This is an 8-day, 7-night culturally immersive heritage journey based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, featuring guided cultural immersion, historical exploration, local community and village engagement, traditional naming ceremony, and faciliated reflective experiences.

A detailed day-by-day itinerary is available on the official booking website and will be provided again prior to departure. Reasonable itinerary adjustments may occur due to local conditions and weather constraints.

• International airfare

• Travel insurance (strongly recommended, available during booking)

• Meals not specifically listed as included

• Optional add-ons or wellness services

• Personal shopping and souvenirs

• Tips or gratuities

Deposit & Payment Terms

• A $450 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your space

• Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to departure (October 21, 2026)

• Pricing is land-only and based on selected room type and occupancy

• The non-refundable deposit amount is clearly disclosed prior to payment submission.

Spaces are limited and will be confirmed in the order deposits are received.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• The $450 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable

• Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit only

• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, late arrivals, or early departures

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to My Destination Guru LLC. The date the written request is received will determine applicable penalties.

Acknowledgment & Authorization

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the trip details, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policy, and Terms & Conditions associated with this invoice. You authorize My Destination Guru LLC to process payment in accordance with these terms.

Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this invoice.
