Booking fees: Booking fees paid to Unforgettables are non-refundable . No Exceptions!!
Resort:
In the event there is cause for cancellation, all charges and fees are subject to be NONREFUNDABLE unless a vacation protection plan is purchased during booking. With protection, refunds are processed in the manner discussed in the protection plan MINUS the cost of the protection plan.
Once booked, any changes or cancellations to the reservations may result in additional fees per circumstance.
If one person in the room cancels or does not complete payment, the entire reservation is then canceled with penalties in place based on protection or no protection. Choose roommates accordingly.
