Daytime entertainment includes sports such as beach volleyball, snorkeling, kayaking, and RIU Fit activities as well as the Riu Splash Water World water park, a gym, and a Spa.
 
Nights are filled with music and dancing. Enjoy a different show each night or dance until the morning at the hotel nightclub Pacha. Wednesdays are for fun at our White or Neon Party, and every Sunday night, step onto a sandy dance floor and feel yourself surrounded by good vibes at our special Beach party. In addition, on Mondays and Fridays, you also have access to the famous themed RIU Pool Party at the nearby RIU Complex with transportation, drinks, and snacks included.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Price & Availability Disclaimer

All prices, rates, and package options are quoted per person and are subject to change without prior notice until your deposit is successfully processed and your reservation is fully confirmed by the resort/suppliers.

2. Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation or refund, the primary traveler must submit a written request via email directly to With Passion Travel at [withpassiontravels@gmail.com]. Cancellations cannot be processed verbally or via social media messaging.

3. Cancellation Deadlines & Refund Terms

  • Deposits: All initial deposits ($100.00 per person) are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as permitted under an active travel protection plan.

  • Cancellations Before Final Payment Date (: Payments made above the initial deposit amount may be refundable, subject to specific resort, vendor, or supplier cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations After Final Payment Date (: Bookings cancelled after the final payment due date are 100% non-refundable.

  • No-Shows & Early Departures: Unused portions of the trip, late arrivals, or early departures from the resort are strictly non-refundable.

4. Processing Fees

Cancellations may be subject to a $[Amount] per room administrative fee charged by With Passion Travel in addition to supplier penalty fees.

5. Travel Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Protection/Insurance at the time of booking or within 14 days of your initial deposit. Travel insurance helps safeguard your investment by covering non-refundable trip costs, covered medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and baggage delays.
