Jackie's Journey has a Travel Services Agreement, what is it? - This is an agreement between you and your travel agent saying that you are agreeing to her terms and conditions, which detail specifics from the vendor that she is partnering with to create this amazing celebration. This will be signed by everyone traveling to protect you all and Jackie's Journey.
Jackie's Journey has a Travel Insurance Declination Form, what is it? This form is provided to travelers who choose to opt out of purchasing travel insurance. By signing it, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any issues or expenses related to your trip, and that neither the travel agent Keilah, her company Jackie's Journey, nor the resort Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters will be held liable. All travelers who decline travel insurance will be required to sign this form.
Do I need a Passport to Travel? - YES, you need a passport. If you do not have one at this moment, you still have more than enough time to apply and receive it before departure in June. But please get this process started ASAP.
Do I have to pay for this trip in full? - NO! Payment plans can be created so that you can pay at your own leisure and when it is best convenient for you. Jackie's Journey believes vacations should not be stressful but instead rewarding and so we have payment plan options available whenever you make your initial deposit to lock your room in.
If I purchase travel insurance and I am rooming with another person do they have to purchase it as well? YES, if you are rooming with someone you all have to purchase travel insurance if one person decides to do so.
Can I come solo? – YES! You are able to book a single room. Solo rooms are usually more expensive than sharing with someone.
Can I extend my stay? – Absolutely! Let me know, and I’ll help you with extra nights.
What if I need to cancel? – Deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
Can I purchase airfare through the travel agent? - YES, ask Keilah about how to do so!
