FAQ's

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Guest may check-in as early as noon 12:00 est on 1/19. Check-out is at 9am on 1/21.

Q: What's the address to the cabin? For the safety of our attendees the address is not given out until the day before. However, a close address is provided to help with arranging transportation in advance.

Q: I'm flying in, what are my options?

A: You may fly in directly to McGhee Tyson Airport and Uber or rent a car. In addition, you may fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International and drive the 4 hours if you would like to enjoy the scenery.

Q: I don't have a roommate is that okay?

A: Yes, we have some bunk spots available for single occupants. After that guests will be paired based on when full payments is submitted.

Q: How do I know what to pack?

A: A packing list will be released 30 days before the trip to help guests prepare in a timely manner and to ensure ultimate comfort.

Q: I'm not sure if I want a la carte services. Can I add them at a later date if I change my mind?

A: Yes. Most services may be added up until the balance is paid in full

Disclaimer:

Actual cabin size will be based on the amount of attendees booked. The cabin will remian a Luxury Cabin and include the following amenities: Theater, Outdoor or Indoor Pool and hot tubs.

Covid policy:

All ateendees with be required to adhere to temperature checks, completing a manadtory covid affidavit. We encourage all guest to get a covid test within 72 hours of the trip and submit the results.

Cancellation policy:

This reservation is non-refundable, non-transferable and the credit card provided will be charged the full amount at the time of booking, unless you opt for the payment plan option.

Bed Assignment/Rooms Policy:

Beds will be distributed/ assigned when full payment is received. If you do not have a roommate, the next single occupant that pays in full will be assigned to your room/bed. All king beds are double occupancy (2 occupants in a room) and the queen bunks will be single occupancy per bed (4 occupants in a room).

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund policy is subject to change based on individual circumstances.
