Paul and Rachel are so excited to celebrate with you at the Hard Rock Punta Cana on Thursday, March 19th, 2026! Paul and Rachel request that you plan to arrive on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, and depart on Sunday, March 22nd, 2026. If you would like to extend your stay before or after their wedding, please reach out to me for updated pricing.
 
We have negotiated a special group rate for your resort stay which can be booked via this page. This rate is all inclusive and includes lodging, dining, beverages, activities, and more. It does not include airfare, ground transportation, or travel insurance, though they can be added. It is extremely important that you book your room through this page so that you are included in Paul and Rachel's wedding group and can access their events, ceremony, and reception. You may be denied access to the wedding events or charged an additional "outside guest" fee if you do not book in their room block, even if you are otherwise staying at the resort! If you have any questions about this, please ask me.

Itinerary:

  • Room Check In - 3 PM on your chosen arrival date. If you arrive at the resort earlier, you are welcome to begin enjoying the facilities, food, and beverage until your room is ready!
  • Welcome Party - Wednesday, March 18th at 6 PM at Hard Rock Punta Cana. We know travel day can be tiring, so please come as you are - we are so excited to see you! We advise booking travel to arrive at Punta Cana Airport by 3-4 PM so that you have sufficient time to make it to the party.  
  • Wedding Ceremony - Thursday, March 19th at 5 PM at Hard Rock Punta Cana. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing to immediately follow!
  • Group Excursion - Saturday, March 21st. We will be organizing an optional group excursion!  This will be at an additional cost - more details to come.
  • Room Check Out - 12 PM on your chosen departure date. If your flight arrangements mean that you will depart the resort after 12 PM, you are welcome to continue to enjoy the resort in full until your departure time. Most airport transfers will depart the resort 3.5-4 hours prior to your flight. 

Cancellation policy:

Because we have negotiated special group rates for Paul and Rachel's guests, and Hard Rock Punta Cana is holding rooms for our group, the cancellation policy is very strict. A $500 refundable deposit is required per room to secure the reservation. This deposit is refundable until the final payment due date of October 17th, 2025, at which point the remaining balance is due on your room. After final payment, your reservation is 100% non-refundable. We strongly suggest travel insurance for all guests to protect your investment.

If you've spoken with me about a deviation to your room request (add/subtract dates, different category, etc.) and I have told you it's approved, please use this option to submit your forms and deposit. I will adjust your invoice to show the amount we have discussed shortly after you complete the paperwork.

Shared Round Trip Transfers

Round trip shared transfers from PUJ to Hard Rock Punta Cana. Transfers may be shared with other travelers and may make stops at other hotels en route to or from the airport.  Transfers are provided by Amstar.

Private Round Trip Transfers
Available until March 11, 2026

$78.00

Private transfer to and from the hotel and airport. One transfer covers up to six travelers in your party arriving on the same flight, so you only need to purchase this option once if multiple travelers are sharing a transfer.  I suggest Dominican Airport Transfers for private transfers and they can be purchased directly from DAT online here: https://dominicanairporttransfers.com/. Pricing is subject to change depending on your arrival time and the number of guests in your party.

FYI, our air pricing is similar to booking directly with the airline, we usually cannot combine bulk fares with group rates. We do advise booking directly with the airline so that you maintain full control over your reservation (and we are still happy to assist with finding flights), but we are happy to add air directly to your hotel reservation if you prefer. Full payment of air is due at time of booking.
