OPTIONAL PRE-CRUISE ARRIVAL IN GALVESTON
Guests traveling from Dallas or other cities are strongly encouraged to arrive in Galveston one day before the cruise.
Optional pre-cruise hotel accommodations, transportation information and welcome gathering details will be provided separately. These arrangements are not included in the cruise fare unless specifically added to your reservation.

Day 1: Galveston
- Shop for antiques in the historic Strand District, near where Carnival cruises from Galveston dock.
- Hear the sounds of a Central American rainforest at the gardens.
- Treat yourself to spa day at a historical hotel.
- Bike the length of the mural-adorned Seawall.

TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 2027
DAY 2 — FUN DAY AT SEA
Your first full day is dedicated to rest, connection and enjoying everything the Carnival Horizon has to offer.
Spend the day by the pool, visit the spa, enjoy onboard entertainment or simply slow down and take in the ocean views.
Details regarding any planned group activities will be shared closer to sailing.

Day 3: Cozumel
- Cruise to Cozumel for a scuba diving adventure along the Great Mesoamerican Reef.

- Swim with the flippy guys at Dolphinaris.

Day 4: Progreso, Yucatán
- Stroll through the Spanish colonial city of Mérida.

FRIDAY, JUNE 18, 2027
DAY 5 — FUN DAY AT SEA
Enjoy one final day to relax, recharge and connect with the group.
Take advantage of the ship’s dining, entertainment, pools, spa and activities—or spend the day doing absolutely nothing. This is your escape.
Information regarding any farewell gathering will be provided closer to sailing.

SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2027
DAY 6 — RETURN TO GALVESTON
The Carnival Horizon returns to Galveston as The Healthcare Escape 2027 comes to an end.
Scheduled arrival: 8:00 AM
Guests arranging transportation back to Dallas or other destinations should allow adequate time for disembarkation, luggage retrieval and customs processing.

All guests are responsible for returning to the ship on time while visiting each port.
We strongly recommend planning to be back onboard at least one hour before the scheduled departure time. Carnival will not delay departure for late-arriving guests, and any expenses incurred to rejoin the ship are the guest's responsibility.

Choose the option that matches how many travelers you are paying for.
Select “1” if: You are paying only your own deposit.
Select “2” if You are paying deposits for yourself and your roommate on the same reservation.
Select “3” if: You are paying the deposit on a triple occupancy reservation.
Select “4” if: You are paying the deposit on a quad occupancy reservation.
Important:
If roommates are paying separately, each traveler must complete their own booking form and submit their own deposit.
