All attendees of ZanZan Lifestyle LLC trips are not covered by any health, life, or liability insurance provided by ZanZan Lifestyle LLC. Every participant must secure travel abroad insurance from a provider of their choice. This insurance guarantees protection during your journey, ensuring coverage for unforeseen cancellations or medical emergencies while abroad.

Tipping:

Tipping is an important part of supporting the local economy in Egypt and acknowledging the efforts of service staff who help make our trip memorable. From drivers to restaurant servers, these individuals often go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Since many locals depend on tourism for their livelihood, tips significantly impact their well-being and ability to support their families. I will inform you of the appropriate tip amounts for each experience and collect tips in advance for easier distribution.

  • Arrival in Cairo: A representative will greet you at the airport.
  • Visa and Customs: Assistance with visa and customs procedures.
  • Hotel Check-in: Proceed to check into your hotel.
  • Relax and Explore: Unwind, enjoy hotel amenities, or explore the surrounding area at your leisure.

Nov 6 | Day 2: Cairo Landmarks: 

  • Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious breakfast.
  • Pick-up by Egyptologist: Our private Egyptologist tour guide and driver will pick us up to begin the day’s tour.
  • Visit Giza Pyramids: Drive to Giza to explore the Great Pyramid, the royal burial chamber, and the Sphinx.
  • Old Kingdom Pharaohs: Continue the tour by visiting the monuments of pharaohs from the Old Kingdom.
  • Ramses II Statue: See the recumbent statue of Ramses II and the impressive 80-ton alabaster sphinx.
  • Step Pyramid: Visit the Step Pyramid, the prototype of the Pyramids, built for Pharaoh Djoser by the renowned architect Imhotep.
  • Egyptian Museum: Conclude the day with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to an extraordinary collection of Pharaonic antiquities, including the golden treasures of Tutankhamun.
 

Nov 7 | Day 3: Cairo/Aswan:

  • Breakfast: Begin your day with a delightful breakfast.
  • Transfer to Cairo Airport: Head to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan.
  • Arrival in Aswan: Upon arrival, a representative will greet you.
  • Aswan High Dam: Visit the Aswan High Dam, which is an impressive feat of modern engineering.
  • Temple of Philae: Take a short motorboat ride to the Temple of Philae on Agilka Island, dedicated to Isis, the revered patroness of the Ptolemaic dynasty.

Nov 8 | Day 4: Nile River Cruise: 

  • Breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast on board.
  • Kom Ombo Temple: Sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Sobek Temple, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Horus, known for its stunning murals and reliefs.
  • Lunch: Return to the cruise for lunch on board.
  • Sail to Edfu: Continue sailing towards Edfu.

Nov 9: Day 5: Nile River Cruise/ Edfu Temple-Karnak and Luxor Temples

  • Temple of Horus: Take a horse-drawn carriage to visit the Temple of Horus, the largest and most well-preserved of all the Nile temples, dedicated to the falcon-headed solar war god.
  • Return to Cruise: Head back to the cruise for lunch on board.
  • Sail to Esna: Enjoy the journey as the cruise sails to Esna, crossing the Esna Lock.
  • Luxor Temple: Explore the majestic Luxor Temple, a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture.
  • Karnak Temple: Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple of Amun, marveling at the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 towering columns, the Statue of Ramses II, the Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Sacred Lake.

  • Temple of Queen Hatshepsut: Visit the stunning temple of Egypt’s only female pharaoh, rising gracefully from the desert plain in a series of terraces blending seamlessly into the surrounding limestone cliffs.
  • Colossi of Memnon: Stop to admire these monumental statues, known in ancient times for their haunting dawn melodies, still standing as impressive remnants of history.
  • Return to Cruise: Head back to the cruise for lunch on board.
  • Transfer to Hurghada: Travel to Hurghada via an air-conditioned private bus.
  • Hotel Check-in: Upon arrival, check in to your hotel.

Payment Plan:

  • The initial deposit of $400 is due at the time of booking and is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee. 
  • You may pay your travel package in full at the time of booking.
  • You may select automatic billing at the time of booking. If you select this option, the system automatically generates and provides you with an evenly divided payment schedule. 
  • If you select the automatic billing option and later cancel this plan, you are responsible for making timely payments on your reservation according to the billing plan on your invoice. 
  • If you should go more than 60 days without any payment whatsoever, your reservation may automatically be canceled without notice.
  • When making your reservation, select the number of travelers you will be paying for
  • No payments will be accepted after May 1, 2026

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth process, please carefully review our cancellation policy below:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit:
    The initial deposit of $400 per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit secures your spot on the trip and helps us cover initial arrangements.

  • Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds:

    • Cancellations made 90 days or more before the departure date are eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
    • Cancellations made 89 to 60 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
    • Cancellations made 59 days or less before the departure date are not eligible for a refund.
