- All travelers, including children, must complete the Sint Maarten Embarkation Disembarkation Card (ED) online before travel (this is your responsibility). This applies to all travelers visiting, transiting, or residing in Sint Maarten. **
- You don't need a visa for Sint Maarten if you have a United States passport.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please review the cancellation terms carefully:

Cancellations made on or before November 23, 2025 will receive a full refund of any payments made excluding the $250 deposit.

No-shows or cancellations after November 24, 2025 may result in 100% forfeiture of all funds paid, including excursions. Additional penalties may apply based on the resort and vendor policies.
