  • In order to travel domestically, you'll need a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification to board domestic fights and enter federal facilities in the United States.   • Recommended airport is Sacramento Airport (SMF) and estimated driving time is about 90 minute

  • All of your payments to Sophisticated Vacations, LLP are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Sophisticated Vacations, LLP has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, will also pay in full and on time.
  • If your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for payment at a single rate.
  • Monthly payments are required and no late payments are allowed.
