Cancellation policy:
100% refundable within 7 days after you paid deposit. Money refunds back to your card.
• 120 days prior day to sail date: If you need to cancel you’ll get money paid refunded back on your card except deposit will be Virgin voyage cruise credit minus $50.
• 119 to 45 days prior to sail date of 9/17/2025: If you need to cancel you will receive Virgin voyage cruise credit minus $50 which will expire within 1 year from cancel date.
• 44 days or less. 100% non refundable.
• No fees for name changes can do that 48 hours from voyage date. So if 2 sailors need to cancel can change both names.
