DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BALI & WELCOME CELEBRATION
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Arrival & Villa Check-In
Guests will arrive in Bali and be greeted with a smooth, private transfer to their accommodations. We will have a market stop to grab snacks and any travel essentials you may need. Upon arrival at the villa, you’ll have time to check in, freshen up, relax, and recover from travel before the evening festivities.6:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Welcome Dinner, Game Night & Pool Party
Enjoy a thoughtfully themed curated welcome dinner. The dinner will include a three-course dinner including water and a soft drink.
After dinner, the night continues with a game night and pool party, the perfect way to mingle, connect with fellow travelers, and kick off the trip in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.DAY 2: UNWIND & EXPLORE

Check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM, with late check-out available subject to availability. Private transfers will be arranged for departure.

Cancellation policy:
We’re so excited you’re interested in joining us for our Bali trip! Before reserving your spot, please review our cancellation and payment policy. These policies help us secure accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements well in advance.
Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)
All initial deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative and planning costs associated with your booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Trips 5 Days or Longer
- More than 120 days before departure: You are eligible for a refund of all payments made excluding your non-refundable initial deposit.
- Within 120 days of departure: No refunds will be issued. This includes your initial deposit and all additional payments.
Trips 4 Days or Shorter
- More than 90 days before departure: You are eligible for a refund of all payments made excluding your non-refundable initial deposit.
- Within 90 days of departure: No refunds will be issued. This includes your initial deposit and all additional payments.
Trip Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend your trip, you may request one transfer to another available Travel Babes trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
Please note:
- Your initial deposit remains non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Transfers are only permitted to trips occurring within the same calendar year.
- Approved transfers cannot be transferred a second time.
Payment Policy
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.
If you miss more than three (3) consecutive scheduled payments, your reservation may be canceled without notice, and all monies paid, including your non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited.
Travel Insurance
Travel Babes strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage for qualifying cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
