To kickstart your journey, we require a nominal $50.00 USD research fee per quote request. This fee ensures dedicated attention to every detail of your itinerary, covering any changes, insurance-related processes, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your vacation. Upon receipt of payment, you can expect to receive your personalized quote within 48 to 72 hours, unless expedited with our rush fee option.

 

Please note that while we strive to provide accurate pricing.  Quotes are subject to change until the deposit is secured. Your quote will encompass at least two tailored options based on your preferences outlined in our request form. We value your satisfaction, offering two complimentary revisions within seven business days of quote delivery. Additional revisions or quotes beyond this timeframe will incur a new fee.

 

Feedback is integral to ensuring your vacation aligns perfectly with your vision. We kindly request your input within seven business days of receiving the initial quote to avoid any delays or potential abandonment of your request. Please be aware that the research fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable, with no exceptions, and cannot be reimbursed through travel insurance.
