- Initial Deposit: Due upon booking to secure your spot.
- Monthly Payments: Equal monthly installments leading up to the trip commencing once deposit is made.
- Final Payment: Due by June 1, 2026. Complete your payment plan to keep your journey on track.
- Missed payments will result in a $50 late payment fee.
- Name changes will result in a $50 per change.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit: $100 per person non-refundable., non transferable
- Cancellation 35 - 11 days prior to trip $250pp
- Cancellation 10 days or less 100% penalty

- Cancellation Policy: All payments made are non-refundable. Changes to booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
- Travel Insurance: Highly recommended for all attendees to protect against unforeseen events.
