Hello friends & family — thank you so much for joining me for what’s going to be an unforgettable milestone: turning 40, Miami-style & then out to sea! This isn’t just a trip — it’s a celebration of four decades of life, friendship, growth, and all the things to come. Whether we’re dancing under Miami lights or watching the waves roll by from the deck, I couldn’t imagine doing it without you all. Let’s laugh, explore, toast often, and make this trip one we talk about for the next 40 years. 

What We’ve Got Planned

• We’ll kick things off with a pre-weekend in Miami: rooftop cocktails, legendary nightlife, and soaking up that warm Florida sun. Expect beach time, late-night dinner spots, and dancing till dawn.

• Then we set sail! Our cruise will carry us to sparkling blue waters, leisurely days on deck, sunset dinners, spa-treats, and plenty of adventure at port stops.

• Throughout the trip: moments to relax, moments to party, and memories to make.

• 🛎️ Flexible Options

  • Miami Only: Celebrate the kickoff weekend on land

  • Cruise Only: Set sail for the birthday at sea

  • Full Experience: Do both for the ultimate 40th birthday getaway!

What's not included:

1. Flights to/from Miami and Airport transfers (can be arranged at extra cost)

We know life happens! Please review the cancellation terms for this trip before booking.

🏝️ Miami-Only Package

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: payments beyond deposit refunded.

• Cancellations made 59–31 days before travel: 50% penalty of total package.

• Cancellations made 30 days or less before travel: 100% penalty (no refunds).

🚢 Cruise-Only Package

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 90+ days before sailing: payments beyond deposit refunded.

• Cancellations made 89–61 days before sailing: 50% penalty of total cruise fare.

• Cancellations made 60 days or less before sailing: 100% penalty (no refunds).

✨ Full Experience (Miami + Cruise)

• Each portion follows its own policy above.

• If you cancel the Miami portion only, the cruise rules still apply (and vice versa).

• Full trip cancellations will be handled according to each component’s timeline.

🔄 Transfers & Name Changes

• Name changes may be possible up to 30 days before travel, subject to supplier approval and fees.

• No transfers after final payment deadline.
