Before you go
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. Even when a guest has completed registration using Online Check-in, it is still the responsibility of the guest to present the required travel documents at the time of embarkation. U.S. Citizens U.S. Passport Book (valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel) U.S. Passport Card (valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel) State Enhanced Driver's License Certificate of U.S. Naturalization Native American Indian Card U.S.-born citizens may also use a birth certificate (issued by a government agency or Department of Health and Vital Statistics) and accompanied by government-issued photo ID; a Mobile/Digital version of a photo ID is not an acceptable form of identification.
Non-U.S. Citizens Non-U.S. citizens that are eligible to apply for admission under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are required to carry a passport valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. In addition, travelers are required to have an electronic travel authorization via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Citizens from countries other than those who are eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program, must obtain a visa to enter the United States. Cancellation Policy
Deposits and payments are nonrefundable through TMG 2 Travel. Securing a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions. All Travel Joy and TMG 2 Travel payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and other vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds. This allows us to keep package prices low, which allows you to make monthly payments on your vacation package. Travel protection is not included by highly recommended to help provide coverage for cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss or delay, medical, and more. The trip protection policy options may offer a future travel credit or cash back.
