All deposit "specials" offered are a portion of the FULL deposit amount and are applied towards the total deposit rate.

Full deposit amount (not the deposit special amount) will be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation.

 

 

 

 

PAYMENT NOTICE:

If you are booking this tour for yourself and a roommate, please be advised that receiving payments on other payment processing apps such as Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, etc are not authorized or permitted. 

 

For example:

You are booking this trip for yourself and a friend and you are the one paying the invoice however your friend needs to pay you for their portion of the invoice and they choose to pay you back using a third party app such as cash app, PayPal, zell, etc.

 

We are not responsible for funds being withheld due to roommates making payments to each other on third party payment apps. 

We STRONGLY encourage guests to book this trip for themselves and be responsible for their own invoice to assure that your payment will be processed without any issue. 

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:

All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.

All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.

This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice.

 

This fee is nonrefundable.

Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.

Failure to pay the invoice by due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered.

Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking,

 

Future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

*Final Payment must be paid by the date on the invoice.
