Cancellation policy:
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Full and final payment must be received by the stated deadline; failure to remit payment by such deadline may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all amounts previously paid. No refunds, credits, or exchanges shall be issued after the final payment deadline of March 12, 2027, and all payments made thereafter are considered final. By submitting payment, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and affirms that they have confirmed their availability. The purchase of comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised to safeguard against unforeseen events. My Passport Gang shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or transportation disruptions. Travelers bear sole responsibility for obtaining and presenting all required travel documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, identification, and visas, and My Passport Gang disclaims any liability for disruptions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
