A valid US passport is required to travel to Barbados for all passengers including children!
Change & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations (whether person or reservation) are subject to $100 per person Wishful Escapes Cancellation Fee. This fee in addition to penalties accessed by our service provider. Travel insurance does not cover this fee.
If one guest cancels in a room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates.
Service Provider Policy - Deposit payments are nonrefundable in the absence of travel insurance.
- 15 days or more prior to departure, $200 per person is nonrefundable + any additional monies will be issued as travel voucher (no cash refunds unless you purchase Pre-Departure Waiver)
- 14 days or less, 100% penalty nonrefundable
Pre-Departure Waiver
The Pre-Departure Protection (PDP) waiver allows you to revise your booking up to and including the 8th day prior to departure or to cancel the booking entirely at any time prior to your originally scheduled departure time without incurring revision or cancellation fees. Should you cancel, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the waiver.
Note: Coverage does not include during travel, only covers changes prior to travel. Additional insurance may be purchased.
Pricing: $65 per person (not included in package total) Payment is due with the deposit.
Each person must on a reservation must make the same selection to either accept the waiver or decline.
How to Make Your Reservation
First, please select the number of travelers that you will be paying a deposit for. As you are selecting your package, please ensure that you are selecting the correct:
- Departure Airport
- Room Category
- Number of people in a room (that you will be submitting a deposit for)
- Travel Insurance
In the event that two guests are sharing a room and wish to have separate invoices, each person can submit their own reservation form and note the other party as their roommate. Reservations will not be processed until a form from each guest in a room is received.
When you submit your form, funds are NOT deducted from your account. The travel agent must manually process your reservation. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
Double Occupancy means two persons in a room, Triple Occupancy means three persons in a room.
Payments
Your invoice will auto-populate a monthly payment schedule. These payments are not required but simply a guideline or suggestion for you. You will receive a payment reminder but the payments are not required but suggested.
Airline Loyalty (American AA Advantage)
An American AA Advantage number is required. Please enter your American AA Advantage Number under Airline Loyalty Number . You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions. If you do not have a number, please sign up at HERE.
Resort Bedding Policy
King beds or Double beds are not guaranteed by the travel agent. We will request bedding on your behalf but it is subject to availability upon check-in.
Reservation Selections
When making your reservations, please ensure that you are selecting the correct room category and departure airport.
Flight Schedules
Reservations are not processed until we receive a form from all parties of a reservation.
Due to constant changes in airfare, pricing and availability is subject to change even prior to the deadline listed. If the pricing has changed, your travel agent will notify you before payment processing.
Wishful Escapes is unable to service any reservations not made with our agency, this includes excursions unless prior notice is given.
