We are glad you are interested in joining us! Whether you will be cruising solo, cruising with a roommate (colleague, spouse, friend, child), or cruising with your family, we are happy to have you!
Prices listed are per person based 2 people in each cabin and DO INCLUDE taxes, fees, port expenses AND pre-paid gratuities. Prices are base rates, so may go up slightly depending on final cabin assignment location, which is based on availability at the time of booking. Solo cruisers will be responsible for the double-occupancy deposit of $500 and the double-occupancy cabin rate, but only charged for one set of taxes/fees/port expenses/gratuities. If you are traveling with multiple family members and need cabin occupancy of more than 2 cruisers per cabin, please let Gina with Why Not Travel? know your specific needs.

- Seminar Fee - To be paid directly to the OCA.
- Trip Insurance - Will be quoted separate from the cruise after all trip elements' bookings are confirmed.
Itinerary:
- Sunday (New Orleans): Embark the beautiful Carnival Liberty.
- Monday (Sea Day): Seminar classes will be held on this Sea Day.
- Tuesday (Key West): Explore the city.
- Wednesday (Freeport): Explore the port.
- Thursday (Nassau): Explore the port.
- Friday (Sea Day): Seminar classes will be held on this Sea Day.
- Saturday (Sea Day): Have a fun, relaxing day on the ship.
- Sunday (New Orleans): Disembark the ship
Carnival cancellation policy:
Carnival understands that things happen and it may become necessary to cancel your trip. The deposit of $250 per person (or $500 for solo cruisers) is non-refundable.

Cancellation Penalties and Refunds
-
For 50%, 75% and 100% penalties, Carnival penalizes the Total Fare. Total Fare is defined as Cruise Fare, Air Supplement, Transfer Services and Pre/Post Cruise Vacation Packages.
- For full 100% penalties, the refund will only include: Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses and Optional Prepaid Gratuities.
- If the booking is made with a reduced deposit and the booking cancels in penalty period, the penalty amount defaults to the standard deposit.
- If the 50% or 75% penalty is less than the standard deposit amount, the penalty amount defaults to the standard deposit.
- If the 3/4/5th guest cruise fare is less than the penalty amount, Carnival will keep the cruise fare plus the non-commissionable fare up to, but not exceeding the net penalty amount.
- No-Show Bookings: Carnival penalizes 100% of the Total Fare. The refund will only include: Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses, Optional Prepaid Gratuities, as well as pre-purchased Shore Excursions and Spa Treatments, if applicable.
