We are Terry’s Blissful Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Terry’s Blissful Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Terry’s Blissful Travel – TravelJoy Terms & Conditions Reservations: Please visit www.TerrysBlissfulTravel.com or contact us via email at info@TerrysBlissfulTravel.com or call 623 533 1541 for reservations and inquiries. Identification: Guests must make reservations using the full name listed on their government-issued travel document. Any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued may incur additional fees imposed by airlines or suppliers. Payments: Our merchant account is with TravelJoy, allowing clients to make payments using major credit or debit cards. All payments made to Terry’s Blissful Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This ensures that we can maintain competitive package pricing and offer flexible payment options. Deposits & Final Payments: Deposits are required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final payment must be received by the due date listed on your invoice to avoid automatic cancellation. Late Payments: A non-refundable late fee of $50 will be automatically added to your reservation if your payment is not received within 7 days of the scheduled due date. Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@TerrysBlissfulTravel.com. Please include your name, invoice number, and travel dates. All payments are non-refundable; we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment. It may cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. If you choose a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy, it must typically be purchased within 7–14 days of your initial deposit. Visit www.TerrysBlissfulTravel.com/vacation-protection for details. Roommates: If your selected roommate cancels, your rate will automatically adjust to the single-occupancy rate unless you replace them. Terry’s Blissful Travel will assist in finding a replacement whenever possible. Travel Documentation: Passports are required for all international travel and must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify visa requirements and travel restrictions before booking. Responsibility: Terry’s Blissful Travel acts only as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of these independent suppliers, or for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the associated policies of Terry’s Blissful Travel. By submitting payment and/or participating in this trip, traveler acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terry’s Blissful Travel Bus Tour Agreement Packet, including all terms and conditions, cancellation policies, liability waivers, and motor coach transportation disclaimers.
