 We’re so glad you’ll be joining the celebration! To make the process simple, please review the steps below and then continue on to book your room.  
 

How to Book Your Room

Step 1: Select your room
Step 2: Choose the number of travelers and select your travel dates (3 night Minimum - Wedding is 1/30/2027)
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization

Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

 

Package Inclusions:

  • Private roundtrip airport transportation between the airport and hotel
  • Hotel accommodations
  • All-inclusive amenities, including meals, snacks, and beverages (alcohol included)
  • All wedding events and activities
  • Daily activities, non-motorized water sports, and evening entertainment (as scheduled)
  • All hotel taxes, fees, and gratuities 
 

Not Included:

  • Airfare
  • Spa and Salon
  • Excursions
  • Travel Insurance (a quote is provided through our partner once your room is reserved)
  • Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)
 
Deposit & Payment Information

  • Deposit Due: $150.00 per person at time of booking

  • RSVP and Last Day to Secure your Room: June 2, 2026

  • Final Balance: Due by September 1, 2026

 

Cancellation policy:

  • Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
 

Modifications

  • Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
