We are OK Girl Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to OK Girl Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) between OK Girl Travel Network, LLC (“Agency”) and you (including all Travelers on the same booking who share the same household) (“you,” “your,” “yourself” or “Traveler”) becomes effective upon your: (1) electronic or written signature; or (2) payment authorization until terminated in writing by you or Agency. OK GIRL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC  Cancellation & Change Policies:** In the event of a cancellation, $100 cancellation fee will apply to each booking in addition to any charges applicable by suppliers.   Should a future promotion lower the price on this vacation, we will contact you to reduce your fare while keeping your same cabin location for a $25 per reservation administrative fee. Room-Only hotel reservations will only be charged $25 in the event of cancellation. OK GIRL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC cancellation fees will be credited to a new vacation purchase if re-booked within 30 days of date of cancellation for travel at any future time. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for changes to a reservation. 

I authorize OK Girl Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of OK Girl Travel. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

OK GIRL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC and its agents in providing consultation, making reservations, and issuing documents relating to travel or transportation are acting solely in their capacity as agents for the carrier(s). OK GIRL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC and its agents neither guarantees nor insure the service to be provided by any carrier and shall assume no responsibility or liability for actions beyond its own control in connection with the service to be or being provided.  OK GIRL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC, and its agents are not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury or any consequences resulting therefrom, which may be occasioned through the neglect, default, or any other action of the company, carrier, or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which documents and tickets have been issued. We highly recommend the purchase of trip waiver, cancellation and change coverage. For information about destination risks and foreign country entry requirements, consult the travel warning section of the State Department at www.travel.state.gov.  You are responsible for checking passport, Visa, vaccination or other entry requirements of your destination.  Should you have questions or have a past history that may cause you to be denied entry or have clear eligibility for cruising or entering any country, please advise me or ask questions.
