• Flight options (once schedules and pricing have been released by the airline)

• Hotel or resort recommendations

• Cruise options, if applicable

• Excursion and activity recommendations

• Destination guidance and travel planning support

What's Included:

• Initial travel consultation

• Up to two customized itinerary proposals

• Flight research within up to three departure markets

• Pre-travel support and guidance

• Assistance during your trip should travel issues arise

Please Note:

• The $50 planning fee is non-refundable and covers research, itinerary development, and planning services.

• This package is designed for single-destination travel itineraries.

• Multi-destination itineraries are not included and require a custom quote.

• Flight research includes up to three departure markets. For travelers in the Washington, DC area, DCA, IAD, and BWI are considered a single departure market and will be researched at no additional charge.

• Additional departure markets beyond the three included may require an additional planning fee.

• Travel reservations are subject to availability and supplier pricing at the time of booking.

• Airline schedules and pricing are only available once released by the airline. Flight recommendations will be provided when available.

• Cruises are considered a single destination for the purposes of this package, regardless of the number of ports of call included in the itinerary. Cruise itineraries with no additional pre- or post-cruise hotel stays are eligible for the Single-Destination Vacation Planning Package. Additional destinations, such as extended stays before or after the cruise, may require a multi-destination planning package.

Multi-Destination Vacation Planning Package – $75

• Transportation and transfer considerations

• Destination guidance and travel planning support

• Initial travel consultation

• One customized multi-destination itinerary

• Flight research within up to three departure markets

• Coordination of transportation between destinations

• Pre-travel support and guidance

• Assistance during your trip should travel issues arise

• This package includes up to two destinations.

• Cruises are considered a single destination regardless of the number of ports of call included in the itinerary.

• Flight research includes up to three departure markets. For travelers in the Washington, DC area, DCA, IAD, and BWI are considered a single departure market and will be researched at no additional charge.

• The included departure markets refer only to the starting airport region for your trip. Transportation between destinations within your itinerary is considered part of the itinerary design and does not count toward your departure market allowance.

• Additional departure markets beyond the three included may be added for $10 per departure market.

• Additional destinations beyond the two included may be added for $25 per destination.

• Airline schedules and pricing are only available once released by the airline. Flight recommendations will be provided when available.

• Travel reservations are subject to availability and supplier pricing at the time of booking.
