ROOMMATE POLICY

Need a roommate? We will do our best to assist with roommate matching; however, roommate matching is NOT guaranteed.

If your roommate cancels, stops making payments, or is removed from the trip, your reservation will automatically convert to the solo traveler rate.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended and highly encouraged.

Unexpected events can happen, and protecting your investment is important. By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, supplier issues, or unforeseen events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a deposit and/or payment toward The SJT Bali Reset 2027, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Surreal Journeys Travel LLC (“SJT”).

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200 per person is required to secure your reservation.

• Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.

• Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.

• Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to departure.

• Payment reminders will be sent automatically through TravelJoy.

• Monthly payment amounts may vary slightly depending on booking date and package adjustments.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

• A $75 late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the scheduled due date.

• Failure to remain current on payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

• SJT reserves the right to cancel reservations for non-payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO SURREAL JOURNEYS TRAVEL LLC ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

• This includes deposits, monthly payments, late fees, and any additional trip-related payments.

• No refunds will be issued for missed flights, personal emergencies, illness, work conflicts, weather disruptions, fear of travel, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including hotel nights, tours, transfers, meals, or excursions.

• Name changes are not permitted after booking approval unless specifically authorized by SJT and applicable suppliers.

ROOMMATE POLICY

• Rates are based on double occupancy unless booking a solo package.

• If your roommate cancels, misses payments, or is removed from the reservation, the remaining traveler is responsible for the applicable solo occupancy rate.

• SJT will attempt to assist with roommate matching when possible; however, roommate matching is NOT guaranteed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• Travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended.

• By declining travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any cancellation penalties, travel interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, supplier issues, baggage loss, or unforeseen circumstances.

• SJT is not responsible for denied claims or coverage limitations through insurance providers.

PASSPORTS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports and any required travel documentation.

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.

• Failure to obtain proper documentation does not qualify for a refund.

FLIGHTS

• International airfare is NOT included unless otherwise stated.

• Travelers are responsible for booking and managing their own flights.

• SJT strongly recommends booking flights directly with the airline.

• SJT is not responsible for airfare increases, airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or missed flights.

TRIP CHANGES

• SJT reserves the right to make itinerary modifications, hotel substitutions, excursion adjustments, or schedule changes when necessary due to operational needs, weather, supplier availability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Comparable substitutions will be provided whenever possible.

TRAVELER CONDUCT

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, local residents, hotel staff, guides, and suppliers.

• SJT reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip without refund for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

LIABILITY

• Surreal Journeys Travel LLC acts only as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators.

• SJT shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, accidents, illness, death, natural disasters, terrorism, political unrest, supplier defaults, or circumstances beyond its control.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

• By participating in this group trip, travelers grant SJT permission to use photographs and video footage taken during the trip for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• Submission of any payment toward this trip constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
