🛏️ Please Note: Bed Sizes in Greece
As we travel internationally, it's important to note that bed sizes in Greece may differ slightly from standard U.S. sizes.Many hotels in Greece use European sizing, which can be smaller or configured differently than what you're used to:

A "double" bed in Greece is typically closer to a U.S. full-size bed.

King-sized beds are often made by pushing two twin beds together, which may have a slight gap in the middle.
-
Queen beds in Greece are usually slightly narrower than a U.S. queen.
-
Mattress firmness and bed frame styles may also vary.
While the accommodations are beautiful and thoughtfully selected, we want to ensure everyone is aware of these differences in advance for comfort and planning purposes.
If you have specific bedding preferences or concerns, please feel free to reach out before booking.
- All prices are subject to change based on booking dates. We recommend booking early to lock in the best rate.
- A one-time payment plan fee of $34.99 is included in the deposit. This fee goes directly to the agency to manage your payment plan.
Note: This fee does not apply to travelers paying in full at the time of booking.
🔐 Deposits & Room Reservations
- Deposits are per person and secure your spot in the room.
- Rooms are not fully confirmed until at least three scheduled payments have been successfully made.
- If you are booking for multiple travelers, select the appropriate number of guests and complete the payment in one transaction.
- If roommates are paying separately, each person should select “1 traveler” and book their portion individually. Rooms will be linked manually, and prices will be adjusted accordingly.
🕒 Payment Schedule & Late Fees
- All payments must be submitted on or before the scheduled due date.
- A $35 late fee will be added for any missed payments.
- An additional $15 per day late fee will apply for up to 5 days after the missed due date.

After 5 days of non-payment, your trip will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.
NO EXCEPTIONS. (international reinstatement fee of $200 will apply)

- Travel protection is strongly recommended for this trip and helps protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.
- Travel protection options will be presented at the end of your booking process.
- By booking this trip, you acknowledge that insurance is optional but highly encouraged. Failure to purchase travel insurance means you forfeit the opportunity for a refund in the event of cancellation.
