Integrity Elite Travel Terms & Conditions — 2027 Bring Your Bestie Ladies Luxury Escape
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully; they govern your reservation and travel services provided by Integrity Elite Travel (“Agency,” “we,” “us”).
1) Scope of Services
Integrity Elite Travel acts as your travel agent. We assist in planning and booking travel services such as resort accommodations, transfers, and group experiences. We do not own or control suppliers (including airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, cruise lines, tour operators, or other third-party providers), and we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or failures. You acknowledge that the terms and conditions of these third-party suppliers also apply to your travel arrangements.
2) Contract Formation & Acceptance
By booking this trip, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the terms of the supplier (e.g., UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya). Integrity Elite Travel will provide you with a booking confirmation once your reservation is secured.
3) Payments & Invoicing

A $100 per person non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

You will receive monthly invoices reflecting payments due; invoices are issued around the 1st of each month.

You may pay by credit or debit card; payments are processed securely.

You are not required to pay every month, but payment milestones must be met to maintain your reservation (e.g., 50% due by December 15, 2026, and final payment due by February 1, 2027).

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation as outlined in the cancellation policy.
4) Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation penalties for this trip are outlined in the cancellation policy (see Cancellation Policy page). Please review that section carefully; cancellation fees may apply from the date of booking forward. Payments refunded (beyond the non-refundable deposit) will be processed to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days from the resort.
5) Travel Documents & Responsibility
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid and in order. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. Integrity Elite Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or insufficient documentation.
6) Supplier Terms Apply
You agree that the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers (including UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya) apply to your booking. In the event of any conflict between supplier terms and these Terms & Conditions, the supplier’s terms may govern aspects of your travel arrangements.
7) Changes to Terms
Integrity Elite Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes that affect your booking will be communicated to you at the email address provided at the time of reservation. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8) Limitation of Liability
As your travel agent, Integrity Elite Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, damages, injury, or death arising from travel services provided by third parties. All travel services are provided “as is,” and your sole recourse for service failures is with the travel supplier per their terms and conditions.
9) Disputes & Governing Law
Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions or related to your booking shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Integrity Elite Travel is incorporated. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
