I am authorizing Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC, to charge my card referenced above in the amount indicated for the Lover's Voyage 2027. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/account and agree to Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC terms and conditions. I understand that payments may be made as a single transaction or, if I choose a payment plan, as recurring charges in the agreed-upon installment amounts until my balance is paid in full.
Payments
I understand that my total package price for Shirley's 75th Diamond Jubilee Celebration includes both:

Royal Caribbean's cruise fare, subject to Royal’s terms and conditions, and

The DTJ Signature Experience Package covers group planning services, event coordination, communication management, and a customized booking structure.
I acknowledge that the DTJ Signature Experience Package is already included in my total price and is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if I cancel my cruise.
Recurring Payment Plan
By selecting a payment plan, I authorize Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC to process recurring charges automatically on or about the scheduled due dates. The final payment is due by 11:59 pm EST on June 15, 2027. I understand it is my responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available, and that declined payments may result in cancellation, late fees, or forfeiture of my reservation.
Refunds & Cancellations
I understand Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC, facilitates bookings as an intermediary. In the event a supplier fails to provide services, my recourse is directly with the supplier. I agree not to initiate a chargeback, except in cases of fraud. I am responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes associated with my booking.
I have been informed of the supplier’s cancellation policies for travel services and agree to the supplier’s [Terms & Conditions] in addition to Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC [Terms & Conditions]
I acknowledge and agree that:

All payments made directly to Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments made to Royal Caribbean are subject to Royal’s cancellation and refund policies, available [here].

I have been informed of the option to purchase travel protection insurance. If purchased, I understand the premium is non-refundable.
If I decline travel protection insurance, I accept full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from trip cancellation, trip interruption, delay, missed connection, lost baggage, medical emergency, accident, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
I further understand and agree that Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC, acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent, and is not liable for any expenses, damages, or losses incurred due to my decision to decline coverage.
Completion of the Travel Insurance Acknowledgement Form is required for all travelers. If the form is not submitted, your booking will be placed on hold until we receive your response.
Electronic Consent
I consent to electronic signatures and records. I understand that typing my name below and submitting this form constitutes the execution of this agreement in exactly the same manner as if I had signed, by hand, a paper version of this document.
I have read and agree to Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC’s Terms & Conditions and Royal Caribbean’s Terms & Conditions. I understand that Destination & Travel Junkies acts as a booking intermediary, and chargebacks are not permitted except in cases of fraud.
