I authorize Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC (“DTJ”) to charge the credit card provided for the travel services selected, including payments made directly to suppliers such as Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, as well as payments for DTJ’s professional services.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this payment method and that I have reviewed and approved the total package price, payment schedule, and inclusions prior to submitting payment.
I understand that payments may be processed as a one-time transaction or as recurring payments under an agreed-upon payment plan until the balance is paid in full.
PAYMENTS & EXPERIENCE PACKAGE
I understand that my total package price for the It’s A Big Deal 75th Birthday Celebration includes:
- Royal Caribbean cruise fare, which is subject to Royal Caribbean’s terms and conditions, and
- The DTJ Signature Experience Package, which includes curated group activities, as well as professional services such as research, trip design, planning, coordination, booking management, and ongoing support.
I acknowledge that DTJ’s services are considered rendered upon booking, coordination, and confirmation of travel components, regardless of whether I ultimately travel.
I understand and agree that the DTJ Signature Experience Package is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellation, non-use of services, personal circumstances, or supplier changes.
RECURRING PAYMENT PLAN
By selecting a payment plan, I authorize DTJ to process recurring charges automatically on or about the scheduled due dates.
Final payment is due no later than 11:59 PM EST on June 15, 2027.
I understand that:
- I am responsible for maintaining valid payment methods and sufficient funds
- Declined or missed payments may result in cancellation of my reservation, late fees, or loss of promotional pricing
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that DTJ acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between myself and third-party suppliers.
DTJ is not the provider of transportation, accommodations, or excursions.
All supplier-related services (including but not limited to cruise operations, itinerary changes, cancellations, or service delivery) are the sole responsibility of the supplier.
I agree that any disputes regarding supplier-provided services must be directed to the supplier.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
I acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments made to DTJ are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
- Payments made to Royal Caribbean are subject to their cancellation and refund policies
- Failure to make payments does not eliminate my financial obligation
TRAVEL INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I have been offered the option to purchase travel protection insurance.
If I decline coverage, I accept full financial responsibility for any losses resulting from:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Travel delays or missed connections
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Any unforeseen circumstances
I understand that DTJ is not responsible for any losses resulting from my decision to decline travel insurance.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE AGREEMENT
I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agreed to all terms, pricing, and policies prior to submitting payment.
I understand that submitting a payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and authorization of services.
I agree to contact Destination & Travel Junkies, LLC directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute.
I further acknowledge that chargebacks filed without valid cause (including claims of “services not rendered” when services have been fulfilled as described) may be challenged using this agreement and supporting documentation.
ELECTRONIC CONSENT
I consent to the use of electronic signatures and records.
Typing my name and submitting this form constitutes my legal signature and acceptance of this agreement, with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to:
