How will payments be made?

Once you have registered and submitted your initial deposit via this site, future payment information will be emailed to you. Please be sure to keep up with your invoice email to make payments.

Do I need travel insurance?

Imagine making all of your payments to find out you can no longer make the trip. With no insurance, you would lose ALL of your hard-earned money. If you get the insurance, there's a chance you could be rescheduled or receive a voucher for future travel.
You always want to give yourself options in case of the unknown.
After the 7th day, you will be required to source a 3rd party travel protection. 

While insurance is not mandatory, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 

Do I need a Passport?

Absolutely! A passport is required. with at least 6 months remaining before expiration. This is the law, so there is nothing we can do to accommodate those without a passport in this case.
*Please apply at least 3 months before the trip date to ensure it arrives in time. There are no refund exceptions if your passport does not come in time.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, a deposit is REQUIRED. No exceptions. Initial deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your reservation pricing and included activities.

Do you take cash payments?

No. We do not take cash payments.

Can I pay my entire payment up-front? I don't want to make payments.

Absolutely. During registration, it gives you the option to make monthly payments or to pay in full. You can submit your full payment within the payment portal if you so choose.

Once I make my payments and deposit and I can no longer attend, can I transfer my funds paid to another individual?

Unfortunately not. Upon confirmation, we prepare for your arrival immediately. We cannot transfer funds paid to another individual under any circumstance.

I don't have the money today, but I will soon. Can I book then?"

Absolutely! If the trip is still available and all slots have not been filled we will gladly welcome you. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

How will I keep up with the latest details of my trip?

Once we have confirmed your booking and all your trip is paid in full, you will be added to a private group chat with other travelers who have secured their booking on the trip as well.
We will also send out important information related to your trip via email as well. Please make sure you place us on your email list so that you receive all correspondence.

Can I bring a guy friend or significant other with me?
