The $35 Trip Planning Fee is more than just a fee — it’s an investment in your travel experience. Our goal is to make your journey as seamless and stress-free as possible from start to finish.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that the $35 Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable.

This fee covers the time and expertise involved in creating your personalized travel experience and allows you to request up to two complete itineraries — one primary trip proposal and one optional alternative.

After two itineraries have been provided, a new trip request (and planning fee) will be required for additional proposals.
