Welcome to our 5th Annual Puerto Vallarta group vacation and slo pitch tournament, an unforgettable getaway blending sport, sunshine, and luxury. Our name may have changed (Amanda and I now own and operate Surf To Summit Travel Co) but the vibe remains the same. Next April, join us at the five-star Fiesta Americana Resort in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where you can choose a 7- or 14-day all-inclusive stay. From beachfront relaxation to friendly slo-pitch competition, this trip offers the perfect balance of leisure and activity in a breathtaking setting. We will also be in town during PV Marathon weekend to add even more excitement and options for you in what will be an action packed adventure.
Space will be somewhat limited as the Fiesta limits the number of rooms per booking. We expect a sell out. Complete the registration form below to secure your place in this exclusive spring experience.
• Transfers from the airport to the Fiesta American upon arrival and back to the airport on departure day.
• All inclusive resort for the duration of your stay. 7 and 14 day stays are available. 10 Days may also be an option.
• Race bibs: YES!! Surf To Summit Travel Co. will cover your race entry in the Puerto Vallarta Marathon on April 19th, 2026. Must register prior to January 1st, 2026.
Marathon (42.2K), Half Marathon (21.1K),10K, 5K
• All deposits are non refundable. We highly recommend Cancellation and Trip Interruption insurance.
• Emergency Medical coverage is REQUIRED for all travelers.
• Ball fees: Our costs to run tournaments in a foreign country, even one we go to serval times a year can fluctuate, a lot. Therefore we DO NOT include ball fees in our packages. We do, however try to keep them to $50CDN per player per tournament, so you know what to expect. Our fees will also include a minimum of one meal at the diamonds. If you wish, you can prepay for ball in the Extra Options section and lock in your fees.
• Ball Transfers: Same as ball fees. These costs can fluctuate greatly. Staying at the Fiesta though, we are very close to the diamonds. Ubers and cabs will be inexpensive. $15-20/CDN per trip split between a few people will keep costs down.
• Seat Selection: You will be able to select seats on the Sunwing app prior to travel for a fee. 24 hours prior to departure seat selection becomes free.
• Optional Activities: Many optional excursions, day trips, and other activities will be available including skydiving, hiking and more.
