Cancellation Policy for “HIGH VIBES 2025” Trip

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your plans. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies to the "HIGH VIBES 2025" trip:

Down Payment:

• A non-refundable down payment of $200 per person is required to confirm your reservation for the "HIGH VIBES 2025" trip.
• The down payment is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:

• The entire payment for the "HIGH VIBES 2025" trip must be completed by March 1, 2025.
• Failure to fulfill the full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, with no full refund.

Cancellation Before Final Payment:

• If you need to cancel your reservation before the final payment deadline (March 1, 2025), you will forfeit the non-refundable down payment and a percentage of the total trip cost depending on the cancellation date.

Cancellation After Final Payment:

• Cancellations made after the final payment deadline (March 1, 2025) will result in the forfeiture of the entire trip cost.

Biweekly Payments

Biweekly Payment Plan Details:

• The biweekly payment plan starts on the date of your $200 deposit and continues through March 1, 2025, with payments scheduled every two weeks to ensure the trip is fully paid by the deadline.

Trip Costs

• Triple Occupancy: $1,189 per person
• Double Occupancy: $945 per person
• Single Occupancy: $916 per person

Payment Schedule:

1. A $200 deposit is required to secure your payment plan and begin biweekly installments. (Non-refundable and non-transferable)
2. The remaining balance will be divided equally into biweekly payments from the date of your deposit, ensuring all payments are completed by March 1, 2025.
3. The earlier your deposit is made, the smaller each biweekly payment will be, as the total will be spread across more payments.

Important Notes:

• Partial payments or the deposit alone will not secure your reservation beyond the cancellation deadline.
• Full payment must be received by March 1, 2025, to guarantee your spot on the trip.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the March 1, 2025 deadline.

Reservation Transfer

Reservations for the "HIGH VIBES 2025" trip are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, the reservation cannot be transferred to another individual.
