The Easy Package covers all of the above served in our bars, buffet and main restaurant, it also includes Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve and other exclusive MSC destinations, but does not cover the specialty restaurants and signature venues (Venchi 1878 establishments or Jean-Philippe Maury venues, MSC Virtuosa Starship Club, MSC World Europa Coffee Emporium, MSC World Europa Raj Polo Tea Room). Please be advised that in respect to the Saudi law, during the calls in Saudi Arabian ports, alcoholic drinks will not be served until the ship sails in international waters.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests in the same stateroom or families traveling together in different staterooms must purchase the same package in order to be cross-referenced. For underage guests, the Minors Package must be purchased in conjunction with an adult package.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BILLING PAYMENT:
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice upon authorization of charges. When completing the checkout process, you are authorizing Kindria Travel Deals to process your payments directly through our travel suppliers (such as MSC Cruises), and agree to no chargebacks.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurance / cancellation plans can be added to all packages. If travel insurance is purchased during booking, then applicable cancellation terms will be provided per the travel insurance supplier.
TRAVEL NOTES:
- Prices are based on double occupancy staterooms. Please email info@kindriadeals.com if you require a larger occupancy stateroom (some staterooms up to 6 max).
- Ensure your passport is valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to travelers not having received newly ordered passports or for travelers with expired passports.
- Prepaid excursions are recommended.
- Name Changes are not allowed once booking is confirmed without rebooking package at current cost.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
- Full payment must be received no later than your Final Payment Due date February 1, 2024.
- Travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Kindria Travel Deals of all email address changes.
TERMS & POLICIES
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Kindria Travel Deals (including deposits & travel agency fees) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We are more than happy to assist you in submitting a travel insurance claim if insurance was purchased.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee may apply.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than required. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- If the occupant number decreases for your room (someone in your room cancels), the full price of the room must still be paid by the remaining room occupants. Sometimes travel insurance will assist in fully or partially refunding this cost, but it is not guaranteed.
- Stateroom assignments and locations are at the discretion of the cruise line. During booking, we will request accommodations for close proximity rooms, but this is not guaranteed.
- With Flight Add-ons, seat assignments are at the discretion of airlines. We will request your seat preferences if they are available. Unless requested, seats for this group tour are only located in economy class.
- Name Change Fee – $150 before final payment date on your invoice; no changes allowed after final payment.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
