ABOUT THE ROOMS AT OUR SECRET LOCATION:
THIS IS AN EXTRA BOUGIE/UPSCALE/LUXURY RESORT.  Work hard, play harder!  You deserve it.
Every room in every category is spacious and beautiful and lavish.
Each suite includes a private outdoor space with comfortable furnishings and serene views of the natural landscape and nearby pools.
Some have direct pool access (swim outs) and they go fast!  Once they are gone, that's it!
THERE WILL BE NO TRIPLE ROOM/RATES.  Doubles and Singles only.

💳 DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
$400 deposit Jul 25 -  Aug 25 ONLY
$600 deposit Aug 26 - Nov 1
$750 deposit Nov 2 - Feb 6
Full payments only beginning Feb 7
🕒FINAL BALANCE DUE BY APRIL 10, 2026

*A $500 late fee will automatically apply on April 11, 2026 to all rooms that are booked and are NOT paid in full by April 10, 2026).  Don't be late!  If total balance is not paid in full by April 24, 2026 your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Room Selection Note:
When choosing a room category, both single and double rates are shown on the same option. The rate will automatically update based on the number of guests you select — changing from single to double occupancy as needed.

MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE & AUTOPAY

Please select auto-pay when booking for convenience.  Once booked, we will send your invoice that includes your breakdown of monthly payments.  Please adhere to the monthly schedule.  50% of your total balance MUST BE PAID by DECEMBER 19, 2025 to avoid cancellation.

REFERRAL INFO
If someone referred you to Summer Escape, please place their name in the REFERRAL BOX!  This info cannot be changed after booking.

ROOMMATE CHANGE/ADDITION POLICY
Each room is allowed one complimentary roommate change. After that, a $25 fee per change will be added to your total balance.
Your roommate has 30 days to complete their booking into your assigned double room. If no booking is made within that time, the first roommate to have booked will automatically be reassigned to a single room at the single room rate. Please email us to add your roommate into your room at admin@thegreatsummerescape.com

INSURANCE
Things happen unexpectedly.  We hate to see anyone lose money, especially after payoff.  We encourage you to purchase our travel insurance for your protection against unexpected cancellations, medical issues, and lost baggage..  It's SO WORTH IT!  We are not liable for injury, damage, delays, or losses caused by suppliers or unforeseen events beyond our control.

AIRPORT CODE
Be sure to use airport code: TQO (Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport) when booking flights.  We will be providing airport transfers to Tulum airport which is closer to our resort.  The ride is about 30-40 minutes.  Flying into Cancun (CUN Airport is a longer ride, estimated 1 hour and 45 minutes.)  You will be responsible for your own transfers if you fly into Cancun.
