We are Your Escape to Adventure Travel Co. , an Archer Travel Independent Contractor, and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Your Escape to Adventure Travel Co. and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. You are seeking travel coordination from an Independent Affiliate of Archer Travel Group. Our business mission is to provide detailed planning and coordination for all travel types including groups, solo, corporate, wedding, honeymoon and organization travel. You understand the duty of the travel coordinator is to research and present travel packages that fit your needs. You understand a non-refundable ($25 for single rooms and $75 for groups) consultation fee is required to begin curating your vacation quote. The fee will be applied to your expenses for your final payment. If you choose not to secure a package with Your ETA Travel Co., the fee will be allocated towards the consultation and curation of your quote. Unused fees can be applied to future travel up until 30 days of the initial deposit receipt date. Changes in your original destination, after quotes have been generated, require an additional $25 non-refundable or transferrable research fee before new quotes can be generated. By signing below, I authorize Your Escape to Adventure Travel Co. to charge the credit card provided herein for the reservation details provided in my approved proposal. This form is provided to you by an independent travel agent affiliate of Archer Travel. Seller of Travel: CA 2001330-10, FL 35395. I understand in the case of cancellation, on my behalf, I will receive a travel credit via the vendor for future travel if travel insurance for a travel credit is purchased and included in my approved proposal, unless travel protection for a refund is purchased and included in my approved proposal. By signing this agreement, you understand your travel coordinator is not responsible for any incidences or accidents that may occur during travel. While in or in route to destination, any issues present including but not limited to missed flights, lost baggage, dissatisfaction with accommodations or vendors, missed excursions, injury or death, are not the responsibility or fault of the travel coordinator assisting you with the coordination of your vacation. Travel coordinators of Your Escape to Adventure will assist with connecting travelers to the appropriate vendor point of contact to help find a resolution to any issues that arise. By signing this agreement, you understand all definite choices are made solely by you and are not influenced by the travel coordinator. Refund of the vacation cost or excursion cost is subject to approval by the travel vendor and is not at the discretion of the travel coordinator. Authorizing payments shows your understanding of the travel coordinators duty to transfer the authorized payment to the travel vendor and all processed funds are in the possession of the vendors used and not the travel coordinator. You understand travel coordinators do not hold the funds for you vacation and are not responsible for maintaining travel credits on your behalf.
Cancellation policy:
Please note, cancellation of one guest within shared accommodations would increase the price the remaining guest(s) would have to pay for that room. To alleviate the strain of last-minute cancellations on remaining guests, guest who choose to cancel without finding an agreed upon replacement for their travel companion(s) will only receive a credit for the overpayment of that accommodation. This means a credit of less than what that guest originally paid for that reservation is possible. Cancellation of the entire reservation for all suitemates allows for travel credits of the full amount paid by each minus the travel protection. Final Payment is due on the final payment date. Extensions cannot be granted. If the final balance is not paid in full by the final payment date, the vendor reserves the right to cancel the booking and hold the funds paid as travel credit.
