What's NOT included:

• Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing.  The airport code for Cabos is SJD.  You are required to provide your flight details via email at least 30 days prior to departure. The transportation is only for the dates that are booked with us.  Failure to provide your flight details one month prior will result in forfeiting your ground transportation and will be strictly enforced for this trip.  

• Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. CALL HER CLE TRAVEL & CONSULTING will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation

• Travel Insurance:  HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE. AVAILABLE DURING BOOKING.

• YOU MUST BE  21 OR OVER TO JOIN.

• A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. 

• Due to strict contractual obligations, This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL.

The final payment due date is Aug 25, 2024. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will incur a late penalty of $200.00 per person on September 10, 2024. This mandatory fee will be automatically added to your invoice. After the fee is charged,  the trip must be paid in FULL within 15 days, or your reservation will be canceled and all monies forfeited. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be monitored and enforced for this trip.

Passports are required but if you do not have your passport yet, this section can be skipped in the booking section. Registration must be reserved in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.  

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to the passenger's travel insurance for claims. CALL HER CLE TRAVEL & LOGISTICS is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.

A $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking  (this includes a one-time payment plan processing fee). Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked. 

 If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:

• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check-in and is denied boarding situations are not covered

• Non-refundable hotel rates

• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per-person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees.

• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans

• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change before departure

• The cost of the travel protection plan
