- Cancellations up to 122 days before departure - loss of deposit
- Cancellation between 121 - 100 days prior to departure - 30% penalty of total price per person
- Cancellation between 99 - 61 days prior to departure - 50% penalty of total price per person
- Cancellation between 60 - 0 days prior to departure - 100% penalty of total price per person
2. Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.
