All payments are non-refundable (some exceptions may apply), and guests names may not be changed once booked (unless we're able to make the change at no cost through our suppliers). Any refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, and may take 30-45 days or more (although usually less- this is based mainly on our suppliers, as we generally start the cancellation process within a few days of receiving a written cancellation request). Cancellations MUST be requested in writing for legal purposes, as we do not record phone calls. 

 

We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to cover yourself in case of cancellations/changes due to medical issues or other reasons covered by the travel insurance policy, as well as coverage for in-destination emergency medical care.
