Tropickle Vacations December 2025 Cancun Trip 

Terms and Conditions

Deposit: $300 per person, non-refundable deposit required (deposit is applied towards your total). Once a deposit is made, final payment must be made by the final payment date listed in order to keep your reservation. If final payment is not paid by the due date, deposit will not be refunded.

Pricing includes:

• 5-night, 6-day all-inclusive resort stay at Club Med Cancun (unless additional nights are purchased)

• Transfers included (when flying into/out of CUN airport), for eligible dates

• Reserved court time for pickleball, including Tropickle Vacations group-only open play and mini-tournament(s) (subject to weather and other factors)

• All resort amenities regularly included in Club Med Cancun's all-inclusive room package

• Trip T-Shirt/swag

• Additional social events (subject to change)

Not included: Flights, travel protection, pickleball paddles (please bring your own paddle, but pickleballs will be provided), off-resort excursions, any additional-cost activities/services/amenities at Club Med Cancun, and anything else not listed in the inclusions above.

Open Play/Mini-tournament court times/availability:

Open play and mini-tournaments are subject to change. While we will do our best to provide the open play and mini-tournaments listed on TropickleVacations.com (and have reserved court times in advance for these activities), these may change based on court availability, weather, or other conditions. No refunds, discounts, or future trip credits will be provided due to cancellations of any of these items.

Skill level: While the skill level divisions for this trip are based on ‘self-rated’ ratings, players are expected to either use their current DUPR rating (if they have one), a rating from a local club/organization, or self-rate based on the rating system described here. We understand that ratings vary based on location, rating system, etc. At the discretion of the organizers, you may be moved to a different play division or asked to sit out of the mini-tournaments, and potentially open play as well depending on the severity of the rating discrepancy. This is at the sole discretion of the trip organizers, and no refunds/reimbursement/credit will be provided in this scenario.

General TropickleVacations Trip Terms & Conditions:

- Tropickle Vacations/Travel Shark have no control over the weather and how that may affect the trip (services, amenities, or anything else). Any changes due to weather are subject to Club Med’s policies and handling, and refunds/changes are subject to Club Med's policies. Refunds will not be provided for any changes to activities hosted by Tropickle Vacations.

- Rooms must be booked through Tropickle Vacations/Travel Shark in order to receive our discounted group rates and be included in any group activities (including open play and mini-tournaments).

- Travelers must follow all resort policies and any local policies, as well as all applicable laws. Tropickle Vacations/Travel Shark is not responsible for any violations of these policies or the repercussions, and reserve the right to remove travelers from the trip for any violations. 

-Apparel sizes will be a ‘best effort’ to get everyone their requested size, but are subject to availability. Requested sizing is not guaranteed.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to BookTravelShark@gmail.com before the final payment DUE DATE (September 3rd, 2025). After that, 100% penalty applies (no refund will be given) for cancellations for any reason. For cancellations requested prior to September 1st, full refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be provided.

Travel Shark’s Booking Terms & Conditions:

- If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that may prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Travel Shark will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details. Travelers are also responsible for getting the proper visas and/or following any other entry requirements by the country(s) they are traveling to, including, but not limited to valid passport, photo ID, birth certificate, or any other required documentation.

- Travel Shark encourages all travelers to purchase travel protection/insurance. Travel Shark will not be responsible for any additional expenses or financial losses due to travelers not having travel protection.

-It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of the provider(s) your trip is booked with, regardless of whether those terms were directly provided by Travel Shark. This includes, but is not limited to, terms relating to cancellations, changes, or any additional fees that may be provided. it also includes, but is not limited to, amenities, perks, or other options that are or are not included with your reservation. 

- You are agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and (if applicable) your roommate.
