• June 1: Free day in Hvar. Consider the optional add-on excursion to Vis. 

• June 2: Today we move on to Dubrovnik, with a stop in Mali Ston for a unique oyster harvesting experience and to climb the Ston Walls.

• June 3: Enjoy a 3 hour morning walking tour of Dubrovnik to get your bearings. The rest of the day is yours to explore.

• June 4: Free day to explore Dubrovnik's Old Town, relax on the beach, or take the optional add-on excursion to Montenegro. 

• June 5: Bid farewell to Croatia. You're leaving with amazing memories!

Terms and Conditions

Reservation

• Making a reservation indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport. You must have a passport to register for this retreat. You will be asked to upload a copy of your passport after submitting your booking request.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel and include at least one, entirely blank (unstamped) page (i.e., one side of such a page not front and back thereof). For this trip your passport must not expire before November 30, 2021.
• A visa is not required for US, UK, or Canadian citizens visiting Croatia.
• Covid-19 requirements will be communicated in early May.

International Flights

• International flights are not included in your package. You may book flights on your own, of utilize She’s All Booked for assistance. All travelers will be required to provide flight details to She’s All Booked by May 1, 2022.

Travel Protection

• Missing a trip is bad enough. Losing the money you paid is even worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.
• All travelers will be required to provide proof of travel protection or sign a waiver absolving She’s All Booked of all liability resulting from declining travel protection by May 1, 2022.
• Travel insurance premiums are not covered by the initial deposit. Insurance premiums may be paid at any time prior to or with final payment and become effective on the date payment is received by She’s All Booked, LLC. 

Deposit and Payments

• A deposit is due at the time of reservation. Deposits amounts are based on the schedule below and are refundable until February 1st.
• After your initial deposit, you have an option to set up a monthly payment plan with She’s All Booked. You may full pay your account at any time.
• A 4% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Please email casey@shesallbooked.com to discuss payment by check. 
• 50% of your total package price is required by February 1st to maintain your reservation.
• Final Payment is due April 5, 2022 (no extensions allowed).
• Payments more than 3 calendar days past due could result in the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
• Any late payment requests must be submitted in writing to casey@shesallbooked.com.
• Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your trip for a full refund prior to February 1, 2022.
• After that date, all payments are nonrefundable; however, you may transfer your space to another traveler. This must be done in writing to She's All Booked prior to April 5, 2022. She's All Booked bears no responsibility in facilitating this transfer. All financial reimbursements will be between you and your replacement in this assigned transaction.
