About our host, Alejandra: "My passion for food began when I was little, devouring everything I could with my dad and helping as a PINCHE (kitchen helper in Spanish) in my grandmother's and mom's kitchen. Six years ago, I founded Poro y Papa, a gourmet online food store in Mexico City!"

Your favorite Mezcal ( We suggest Tobalá or Espadín agave) Muddler Cocktail Strainer Shaker Peppermint Orange Strawberries Jamaica (Hibiscus) Water Asparagus Lime Juice Mexican chile powder Mineral Water Ice How to prepare Hibiscus water: Boil 7 flowers of Jamaica with water and a star of anise
