Create a "Copita" (aperitif) made with Mezcal and prepare the best Guacamole in town to accompany it! 
You'll also learn the importance of "La Copita" in Mexican homes and families. 

About our host, Alejandra: "My passion for food began when I was little, devouring everything I could with
my dad and helping as a PINCHE (kitchen helper in Spanish) in my grandmother's and mom's kitchen. Six
years ago, I founded Poro y Papa, a gourmet online food store in Mexico City!"

INGREDIENTS for Guacamole:

• Avocado
• Purple onion washed
Tomato
• Coriander washed • Lime 
• Sea salt Chile serrano or similar• Tortillas and cooking Oil to make our homemade Chips!


INGREDIENTS for Pasión de México Mezcal Cocktail:

Your favorite Mezcal ( We suggest Tobalá or Espadín agave)
Muddler
Cocktail Strainer
Shaker
Peppermint
Orange
Strawberries
Jamaica (Hibiscus) Water
Asparagus
Lime Juice
Mexican chile powder
Mineral Water
Ice

How to prepare Hibiscus water:
Boil 7 flowers of Jamaica with water and a star of anise
