Create a "Copita" (aperitif) made with Mezcal and prepare the best Guacamole in town to accompany it! You'll also learn the importance of "La Copita" in Mexican homes and families.
About our host, Alejandra: "My passion for food began when I was little, devouring everything I could with my dad and helping as a PINCHE (kitchen helper in Spanish) in my grandmother's and mom's kitchen. Six years ago, I founded Poro y Papa, a gourmet online food store in Mexico City!"
