The Fine Print & Cancellation policy:
- It is the traveler's responsibility to present valid travel documentation. A valid passport book is required for travel. Please apply soon. Current processing time is 6-8 weeks. Passport Application
- Royalton Hideaway is an all- inclusive adult only resort. All meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and activities on the resort are included.
- The traveler is responsible for arriving timely to the airport for a timely departure. MooreTravel is not responsible for missing flights, baggage fees, other expenses incurred through the airlines.
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due at time of booking to secure your resort.
- Final payment is due May 23rd, 2025.
- Your deposit will increase when you add travel insurance which must be paid in full at time of purchase.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless you purchase travel protection. MooreTravel has a group agreement with the resorts and vendors that is non-refundable. This allows us to maintain the best pricing and amenities.
- A $50 is charged to the reservation after your deposit. These payments are paid directly to MooreTravel. These fees must be paid prior to the transaction.

Group Protection Plan [GPP] Pre-Departure Waiver
The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
Cancellations: You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the GPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a GPP Voucher, less the GPP plan cost except for airline tickets issued as part of a contracted commercial air group, which may not have any residual value. Travelers who purchased individual commercial airline tickets will receive the airline ticket numbers [or paper tickets] for future use with the airline and be advised of the ticket cost. Airline cancellation, change or rebooking fees may apply. A one-time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP.
GPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
- Under no circumstances does the GPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
