With less than half the cost of the land package you can reserve your place. You will then have until June to pay the balance. You can pay it all at once or monthly installments. Let your travel consultant know and they will work with you.

    need to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. In Crete, please note that an accommodation tax of up to 15 euros per person per night may be collected.

  • Monday, September 8, 2025 (Athens): Arrive and  transfer from Airport to Hotel 
 
  • Tuesday, September 9, 2025:  Athens Sightseeing Tour with Acropolis Museum 
 
  • Wednesday, September 10, 2025  (Athens):  Transfer from Athens Hotel to Airport  for flight to Mykonos. Arrive and  transfer from Airport to Hotel.
 
  • Thursday, September 11, 2025 (Mykonos):    Mykonos excursion TBD.
 
  • Friday, September 12, 2025 (Mykonos): Free to engage in optional excursion
 
  • Saturday, September 13, 2025(Santorini):Transfer from Mykonos Hotel to Ferry Terminal  for transport to Santorini + Arrive and  transfer from Ferry Terminal to Hotel 
 
  • Sunday, September 14, 2025:(Santorini): Chill or free to engage in optional excursions
 
  • Monday, September 15, 2025 (Santorini): Last night in Santorini.
 
  • Tuesday, September 16, 2025 (Crete): Ferry to Crete and transfer from Ferry to hotel in Chania.
 
  • Wednesday, September 17, 2025(Crete): Explore on your own or engage in one of the optional excursions that's available.
 
  • Thursday, September 18, 2025(Crete): Final day and opportunity to do a group activity
 
  • *Friday, September 19, 2025(USA - Home): Transfer from Chania Town hotel to Chania Airport. Ideally the Athens to US flight will be scheduled for after 12:30 pm but if not we can schedule an earlier departure from Crete to accommodate the flight schedule.
 
Important things to note:
 

It is also the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the names printed on the invoice exactly match the first and last name(s) written on your passport. Any name change may require the reservation to be cancelled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of rebooking. Passengers will be required to pay the airline’s rebooking fee of up to $350 per ticket if applicable. PLAN IT AZ will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to a name discrepancy caused by the passenger.

Any changes made in a booking more than 60 days prior to the travel start date will incur a fee of $75 per change. Changes made within 59 days of travel start date will incur a $130 fee plus any additional costs the change may involve. Changes made after tour documents are issued are subject to applicable cancellation fees. A change of destination at any time after receipt of deposit constitutes a cancellation and will be subject to full cancellation fees.

Air travel and Travel insurance:

Attention travelers: Please be advised that it is the responsibility of each individual to arrange their own travel accommodations to and from the US and Athens, Greece. PLAN IT AZ does not include international air travel within this offering, allowing guests the flexibility to select the route, rate, and carrier that best fits their personal preferences and needs. We will however work with you to ensure that the flights you choose are compatible with the itinerary.  Additionally, while not mandatory, we highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance for your peace of mind. PLAN IT AZ has established partnerships with reputable insurance providers to offer coverage that encompasses transportation, tours, and lodging for you and your immediate family. For a detailed quote tailored to your trip, please contact Vanessa upon making your deposit. We believe these measures will ensure peace of mind and an enjoyable travel experience. 

Cancellation policy:

Please be aware that there are two distinct cancellation policies to consider. One policy is from PLAN IT AZ, the travel company hosting the tour, and the other is from Homeric Tours, the supplier contracting services in Greece on our behalf. In the event of any discrepancies, the stricter policy will prevail. Once the tour commences, no refund will be made for unused features or voluntary modifications made by the tour participant. We will be happy to advise hotels, airlines and cruise lines of any special requests, provided that we receive the request at the time of booking. However, we cannot guarantee all requests. Once issued, air tickets are non-refundable.

PLAN IT AZ offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. We do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. PLAN IT AZ acts only as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, ground operator, tour operator, cruise line, shore excursion, attractions, or other travel Suppliers who provide goods or services for the passenger(s) trip. While PLAN IT AZ prides itself on selecting top quality Suppliers, we assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control. Suppliers reserve the right to deviate from the direct, customary and/or scheduled route or itinerary for any reason, without limitation and without notice. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that PLAN IT AZ is not responsible for Supplier deviations, delays, cancellations, mandated overnight stays, missed connections or any other condition beyond its control.
