Itinerary:

 

Day 1 : JANUARY 16, 2025

Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be met by our representative. Representatives are positioned at an allocated meeting point in the arrivals area of the airport terminals (after the luggage claim area / towards the exit). They will provide you with a welcome packet and transfer you to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle for check-in.| 

 

Day 2 : JANUARY 17, 2025
 Morning at leisure to discover more about the city on your own or book some optional tours. Lunch is on your own.

We will be picked up at the resort for a  half-day Abu Dhabi tour covers the best of the capital city in one day of sightseeing. Highlights include stops at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the Emirates Palace, and a well-known market selling dozens of varieties of dates. This tour also stops at Saadiyat Island—a recently created heritage cultural sight off the Abu Dhabi coastline. A full-day city tour of Abu Dhabi from Dubai See the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Emirates Palace, and a famous dates market Visit Saadiyat Island—a recently created heritage cultural sight off the Abu Dhabi coast Round-trip, air-conditioned transport from central Dubai

 

Day 3 : JANUARY 18, 2025 
Morning at your leisure.  At 1pm we will head to the beach for a BOHEMIA  BEACH PARTY -Lavish décor, festival style performances from dancers to a glitter station and a shaman, Bohemia is the ultimate beach party.'-

Day 4 : JANUARY 19, 2025
 Breakfast at the hotel.  Enjoy the afternoon on your own 
In the evening we will be picked up for sunset Desert Safari.: Nothing beats a firsthand experience of coasting through the sand dunes of great Arabia. A luxury 4x4 vehicle will be sent to pick you up from your hotel and take you straight to the desert. Brace yourself for an hour-long, exhilarating dune-bashing experience. Step out of the vehicle and soak in the grandeur of the golden desert sunset. Remember to take photos! On the menu, you will have access to a Henna experience, meeting and bonding with camels, and in the evening, you will enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner with entertainment.

Day 5 : January 20, 2025
 
Breakfast in the hotel. At approximately 8:30 AM, we will be headed for a half-day tour of traditional Dubai. Towering skyscrapers have risen from the sands through the years in the fast-growing city of Dubai but never has it has forgotten its vibrant heritage and golden traditions Join our local experts at Bastakiya, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Dubai, where your discovery of the city's preserved cultural reassures shall commence. We will visit the Dubai Museum and weave through the alleys of the Al Fahidi Historical District. Board an abra a traditional water taxi that ferried the locals through the years across Dubai Creek. Walk through the gold and spice souks. Stop by the city’s most photographed mosque, the Jumeirah Mosque. Take your must-have photo at Jumeirah Beach with the iconic Burj Al Arab in the background. Following the tour, you will be returned to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
 

 

Day 6 : January 21, 2025

Day to explore on your own.  Enjoy all of the 

 

Day 7 : January 22, 2025

Transfer from the hotel to the airport for your departure flight.  Thank you for enjoying us on this adventure, safe travels home...

The Fine Print

(Please read carefully):

 

PASSPORT'S ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP
Passport Validity: A passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry is required to enter the UAE
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your travel package is nonrefundable. If you have opted to purchase insurance you must claim against your travel insurance should you need to cancel. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you can be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age and state of residency.
 

REFUNDS: You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to CaraSouls Travel Services are non-refundable and non- transferable. This is because CaraSoul's has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for your vacation.

 
CHANGE POLICY: There is a $50 fee to make any name, downgrade of room category or roommate change to your reservation (If  allowable) .
 
IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on her/his passport. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
 
PAYMENTS: We use third party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit cards.
FINAL PAYMENTS IS DUE SEPTEMBER 28, 2024
 
There is a late payment fee of $100 for payments made after final payment date up to OCTOBER  6, 2024.  If you are opting not to pay for your trip in full at the time of booking, the  payment schedule must be followed and payments must be paid on or before due date it is strongly suggested that you turn on AUTOPAY option.
Payments not made within one week of due date may be cancelled without refund. Trips not paid in full by OCTOBER 6, 2024 will be canceled without refund. 
 

BOOKING: By booking a tour with us, paying a deposit or signing this agreement, you accept all of the terms in this agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons listed on the booking, including but not limited any Minors for whom you are signing this agreement (also referred to individually as “Traveler” or “Travelers”), and direct us to perform services for each and every Traveler.

 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issue that you might have.  By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
