The following terms and conditions apply to any trip booked with Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “Travel Dreams” “our” “us”). By booking a trip with Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC you (hereinafter referred to as, “you” “your” or “traveler”) acknowledge that you (i) are 18 years of age or older, (ii) understand and accept these terms, and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and (iii) are entering into a contractual relationship with Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC.
Price Policy
Trips are priced per person, based on shared occupancy. Single rooms can be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Before booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If using our payment plan option, you must submit a deposit and maintain all payments by the final due date. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your booking and incur a $100 per person cancellation fee not including any additional penalties imposed by the Airline if Airfare was a part of the package and the hotel. If you have any other components added to the package such as a rental car, any excursions, or transfers they will be canceled and processed according to the vendor's cancellation policy.
Payment Schedule
The traveler understands and agrees to satisfy their balance in full no less than 30 days before the date of arrival. Should the Traveler fail to submit the final payment 30 days out, a 10% late fee will be assessed each day based on the original amount up to 2 days, and then the booking will be canceled. Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC will notify the Traveler in writing of the date and frequency of the scheduled payments.
Credit Card Payment/Processing
Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC uses a third-party credit card processing company to provide the Traveler with a convenient way of submitting payment. Traveler agrees to update Company’s records if Traveler credit/debit card/bank account is closed, expires, or no longer active. Travelers may contact Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC directly to provide updated payment information: jaz@traveldreamsbyjaz.com.
Declined Payment
If Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC attempts payment and is subsequently declined, the Agency will send the Traveler a courtesy email notifying the Traveler of the declined payment method. If the past-due payment is not paid within two (2) days of its due date, a $10 late fee is assessed for that interval’s payment.
Refunds
Any refunds due to the traveler will be remitted either through the third-party payment system used or by company check. No other forms of refund will be used, NO EXCEPTION!
Payment Disputes
The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution but will work with Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC to rectify any disputes. Cancellation policies and personal reasons not covered by trip protection are not reasons to file a dispute or chargeback. If you file a payment dispute or chargeback you will be banned from booking with Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC.
The traveler agrees not to file a chargeback in violation of Travel Dream By Jaz LLC’s Refund Policy. If a chargeback is requested and/or processed, the traveler agrees to repay Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
Card Processing
I agree and authorize Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC to charge my card for the trip (s) I confirm. I understand that payment may not be withdrawn on the same day as the booking depending on my banking institution and weekends/ holidays. Credit card authorizations will be processed within 3 business days by Travel Dreams by Jaz LLC.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR MAKING THIS BOOKING
A valid Passport with a 6-month or more expiration date after trip completion with 2 empty pages for an entry stamp is required to enter Thailand. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel. Depending on which country you are traveling to, the six-month period may begin from the date you leave that country or the date you arrive. If your passport does not meet this condition, you must get it renewed.
- Deposits are $100 per person and are non-refundable whether travel insurance is purchased or not, as we have contracts with vendors and they have to be paid.
-Travel Insurance is highly recommended
-All final payments are due no later than 30 days before travel.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee. This can be done up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date, but before the penalty period begins. Please ask about the penalty period before requesting cancellation/ name changes after the final payment.
- Room category changes are permitted with a $50 fee, not including the price difference
- This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room. This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.
- All travel documents will be sent 7-14 days before departure.
