Cancellation policy:
By booking a tour with us, paying a deposit, or signing this agreement, you accept all the terms outlined in this agreement on your behalf and on behalf of all individuals listed on the booking, including but not limited to any minors for whom you are signing (referred to individually as “Traveler” or collectively as “Travelers”). By doing so, you authorize us to perform services for each Traveler.
Identification
Travelers must make reservations using their full legal name as it appears on the government-issued document they will use for travel. If any name changes are required after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all applicable names change fees.
Payments
We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to securely process credit and debit card transactions. This allows you to make payments using any major credit or debit card.
Credit/Debit Card Chargeback Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card provider before giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.
By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that chargebacks are not to be used as a means of obtaining a refund outside of our cancellation and refund policy. Initiating a chargeback to circumvent these policies constitutes “friendly fraud,” which we take seriously. We will vigorously dispute any chargebacks and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to the authorities. If we successfully dispute a chargeback initiated by you, you agree to reimburse us for all attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses incurred in contesting the chargeback.
Refunds
Please be advised that all deposit payments made to Infinite Travel Services, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. These deposits secure the pricing for your trip and allow you to take advantage of our flexible payment plans. They are essential for locking in your rates and ensuring your vacation package remains available.
Infinite Travel Services, LLC maintains contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other service providers who do not allow for refunds. This policy enables us to offer competitive prices and provides the flexibility to break down payments into manageable monthly installments.
Refund requests made less than two weeks before your scheduled trip will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds before the final payment date will only be considered if travel protection was purchased. If approved, refunds will be issued as a voucher or at the discretion of the vendor.
Please note that deposits are part of the overall cost of your trip and are non-refundable. Refunds for travel packages are only available under the specific conditions outlined above and if travel protection is purchased.
