Booking & Cancellation policy:

Booking Policy

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot on this trip.
Payment plans are available to make your journey more manageable.
All balances must be paid in full by the final payment deadline to guarantee participation.

Cancellation Policy

Nonrefundable Deposit: The $100 deposit is nonrefundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations before January 29, 2026: Payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations between January 30 – March 29, 2026: A $250 cancellation penalty will apply in addition to the nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations between March 30 – May 29, 2026: A $500 cancellation penalty will apply in addition to the nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations after May 29, 2026: All payments are 100% nonrefundable, unless travel protection was purchased.
