🛂 Passport Requirements

A valid passport is required for travel to Iceland.

Your passport must not expire on or before August 26, 2027. If it does, you must renew it prior to departure.

A copy of your passport will be required for booking.

💳 Payment Schedule

• $1,200 due at booking (non-refundable deposit)

• $2,400 total due by September 19

• Final payment due in full by December 19

If full payment is not received by December 19, 2026, a $50 late fee will apply.
If full payment is not received by December 29, 2026, your reservation may be cancelled.

Prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.

🚫 Refund & Cancellation Policy

💡 Important Overview

Travel insurance is NOT included but strongly recommended.

Adventure Now Travel, LLC and its partners do not issue direct refunds.

Payments are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to supplier policies and timing of cancellation.

A $1,200 non-refundable deposit per traveler is required at the time of booking to secure your place on this private group tour. Due to the nature of private group arrangements and supplier commitments, this deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. 

Because this Iceland experience includes private group tours and customized arrangements that must be secured and prepaid well in advance, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

These upfront payments allow us to lock in special group experiences, transportation, and reservations before availability disappears, especially during Iceland’s busy winter season.

To help protect your investment, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Many travelers choose a plan that includes Trip Cancellation coverage, and some opt for Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for additional flexibility should unexpected situations arise.

Travel insurance can provide important protection for covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and more. Coverage and eligibility vary by policy, so travelers should review plan details carefully and purchase coverage within the required timeframe if interested in CFAR benefits.

📅 Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations on or before December 19: Some payments may be eligible for partial refund (subject to supplier approval).

• Cancellations after December 19: Payments are likely non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No refunds will be issued after January 19.

• The $1,200 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended and should be purchased at the time of booking.

Coverage may include trip cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

Due to the non-refundable structure of this tour, travelers are encouraged to consider “Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)” coverage for maximum flexibility.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to choose a policy that meets their needs.
